PPNQ Shop Tour

On your way back out to the main room, you'll pass a most delightful space, aptly called the "Happy Room"! It is full of bright, crazy fabrics for little kids and big kids! Here at night all the cute little critters jump off the fabric and have a great party!
Entering our Happy Room invites a smile with the bright, whimsical fabric and quilts that hang overhead!

Amidst the colorful prints, we offer a huge selection of 1930's reproduction fabrics.....	...florals can also be found nestled here, and you'll find a wide selection of neutrals - white on white, ecru, off white, and light tan.
In the back corner of the Happy Room is a small hide-away where we stash all the fabric that goes on sale....hence, the "Sale Room"! As you can imagine, it is a popular spot - but small.....patience may be required, but it's worth it!

Back out to the main room and a step past the excitement of the vibrant colors is a much calmer spot. "The Book Nook" is stocked with shelves and shelves of books and patterns, and we have a computer set up to help you locate a particular book by title or author.

The Book Nook offers a couch and rocker to welcome visitors.

Just beyond the Book Nook, down the corridor leading toward the back of the shop, are walls of the latest notions. You'll find threads of every color and kind by Guterman, YLI, Sulky, Mettler, DMC, and Janome. There are rulers of every sort, cutting mats, cutters, and tools, tools, tools! We also keep a big copper tub filled with scraps for you to choose from for those "scrappy" projects. Through the doorway at the back of this area you can shop for batting. Our offices, two powder rooms, kitchen, and storage are also located here.

Notions and tools of all kinds fill this corner.

The next stop is the "Plaid Room" located just off the notions alley. This room is full of wonderful checks and plaids of every color. Fitting right into this warm setting are the flannels and felts, as well as several collections of Civil War reproductions.
The Plaid Room features hundreds of plaids, flannels, and reproductions.

There are always fat quarters available, and new collections on display.
